• ServSafe Certified or equivalent.
• Associate degree or equivalent; 3-4 years related experience and/or training.
• Extensive food and beverage service knowledge.
• Ability to obtain all necessary licenses as required by local, state and federal governments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations for Draft Day.
• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Develop preliminary menu concepts for Draft Day.
• Establish service standards and ensure adherence across shifts.
• Assist in developing cost-related parameters and budget tracking for Draft Day.
• Schedule FOH staff and manage payroll costs.
• Coordinate staff training and development for the Draft Day team.
• Ensure compliance with Iowa Department of Health and government regulations.
