Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort in Iowa is seeking a part-time employee dining room attendant to support the daily operations of the employee dining room and assist with service during events.

The role requires standing for several hours, assisting with meal portions, maintaining a clean dining area, and ensuring smooth service with attention to customer experience.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for up to five consecutive hours.
• Must be able to lift up to twenty- five pounds, reach, bend, and stoop.

Responsibilities

• Serve employee meals and maintain operation of the employee dining room.
• Operate cash register.
• Clean and sanitize all stations (tables, chairs, floor).
• Monitor portion control for employee meals.
• Monitor food temperatures for salad station and hot food wells.
• Supply dining room food areas from buffet kitchen.
• Maintain knowledge of daily menu items.
• Perform all other related tasks deemed necessary by management.
• Smile and make eye contact with internal guests.

Schedule

Part-time that varies based on events and holidays and includes days, nights and weekends.

$15/hour (including premium pay) with 20 hours of Paid Time Off upon hire
