Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort® is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Director to oversee day-to-day Front of House operations, ensuring exceptional service quality across all dining outlets. You will contribute to menu development, establish service standards, and manage scheduling, budgeting and staff development in a fast-paced resort environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of sanitation, health regulations, and inventory control, with a focus on cost efficiency and guest

Qualifications

• Extensive food service knowledge across multiple outlets (buffet, fine dining, banquets, quick service, room service).
• Able to develop and implement service standards for all outlets.
• Experience in budgeting, cost controls and payroll management.
• Staff hiring, training, coaching and evaluations across FOH roles.
• Maintain health/safety compliance and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate inventory, rotation and supplier communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Front of House operations and service quality.
• Develop and implement service standards for all outlets.
• Assist in menu development and cost parameter setting.
• Monitor budgets and payroll to meet targets.
• Schedule FOH staff and conduct training and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health department rules and company policies.
• Oversee inventory management and sanitation controls.
