A-Line Staffing is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care in Myrtle Beach, SC. This role requires 32–40 hours per week with every other weekend coverage and hours from 8:30am to 7:30pm (Mon–Fri) plus Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Provide comprehensive care to patients 18 months and older, perform assessments, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and manage chronic diseases. EPIC documentation and preventive services are included.

Qualificações

• FNP license required and board-certified in family practice.
• Minimum 1+ years in primary care, urgent care, ER or internal medicine.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients 18 months and older in a primary care setting.
• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpreting diagnostic tests per licensure and guidelines.
• Manage common conditions such as respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, and minor injuries.
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, health screenings, and routine physical examinations.
• Conduct women’s health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening; refer to OB/GYN as needed.
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
• Document all patient encounters in EPIC and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care and referrals.
