Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care to join our team in a busy clinic in Brick Township, NJ. This role offers 3 or 4 days per week (32-40 hours) with weekend coverage.

Compensation is $75-$78 per hour plus benefits; full-time benefits include a 401(k) match. Responsibilities include comprehensive primary care for patients aged 18 months and up, performing assessments, prescribing, vaccinations, women’s health, and chronic disease management; EPIC documentation

Qualifications

FNP license required; 1+ years of related primary care experience preferred.
Must be eligible for NJ licensure as an FNP.
Experience in urgent care/ER or internal medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients aged 18 months and older.
Perform advanced assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests per guidelines.
Manage common conditions including infections, UTIs, dermatitis, allergies, and minor injuries.
Deliver vaccinations, health screenings, and routine physicals.
Conduct women’s health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening.
Monitor chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
Educate patients on disease management and preventive strategies.
Document encounters in EPIC and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care.
