A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for a primary care role in Rhode Island. Flexible PT or FT schedules offered; full-time hours range from 32 to 40 per week, with ability to cover every other weekend.

Responsibilities include comprehensive primary care for patients 18 months and older, diagnosing and treating, prescribing meds, preventive care, women’s health, and chronic disease management. EPIC EMR documentation and collaboration with the care team are required.

Competenze

• FNP license required.
• 1+ year of experience in primary care, urgent care, ER or internal/family medicine preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients aged 18 months and older in a primary care setting.
• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpreting diagnostic tests per state licensure and guidelines.
• Manage common conditions including respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies and minor injuries.
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, screenings and routine physicals.
• Conduct women’s health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening; refer to OB/GYN as needed.
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and asthma.
• Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and preventive health.
• Document encounters in EPIC and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for appropriate referrals.
