Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Part Time Nurse Practitioner for our Health Center in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will provide primary care services to employee patients, perform exams and procedures, and collaborate with the care team.

The position runs Fridays 8:00 AM–1:00 PM with rotating Saturdays 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, offering flexible, patient-centered care. Required: 3+ years in primary care; active NP license; ANCC/AANP certification and DEA where applicable.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with current state license(s).
• Minimum 3 years of primary care experience in ambulatory/occupational health.
• National certification (ANCC or AANP) required; DEA license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical exams and preventive care per guidelines.
• Conduct procedures including injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develop care plans, document progress, and ensure care continuity.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development.
