A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care to join a dynamic care team in New York. This role offers full-time hours with a 32-40 hour work week and requires coverage every other weekend.

The position focuses on comprehensive primary care for patients aged 18 months and older, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams. Compensation is hourly with benefits available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• FNP license required; 1+ years of primary/urgent care/ER/family medicine experience preferred.
• Must be able to cover every other weekend.
• Full-time position with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months and older.
• Perform advanced assessments, diagnose acute/chronic conditions, develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Manage common conditions (respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, minor injuries).
• Deliver preventive care: vaccinations, screenings, physical exams.
• Conduct women’s health evaluations and refer to OB/GYN as needed.
• Monitor chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma.
• Educate patients on disease management and medications.
• Document encounters in EPIC; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams for continuity of care.
