Qualifications

• Data entry skills with high accuracy (8,000 keystrokes, ≤5% error).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to write professional business emails.
• Good telephone and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process First Notices of Loss (FNOL) and set up claims.
• Enter 15–16 FNOLs per day after training.
• Contact employers to acknowledge claims by email or phone.
• Upload claims and documents to the handling adjuster.
• Provide support to remote team members for mailings.
• Provide backup to workers' compensation intake team.
• Process expense payments.
