AvonRisk LLC in Louisville, KY is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to process first notices of loss and support the claims team day-to-day. As a full-time, on-site role, you will maintain accurate claim data, enter FNOLs at a steady pace, and collaborate with remote teammates to ensure timely filings.

Qualifications

• Accurate data entry with high throughput.
• Ability to write clear business emails.
• Reliable and able to work in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Process First Notices of Loss by setting up claim.
• Maintain a quota each day on entering FNOL after training. 15-16 a day.
• Make contact with employer acknowledging claim by email or phone.
• Upload claim and documents to handling adjuster.
• Provide support to remote team members for mailings.
• Provide backup to WC intake team members.
• Process expense payments.
