AvonRisk, the nation’s leading specialty risk manager, seeks a Data Entry Associate to process First Notices of Loss from our Louisville, KY office. This full-time on-site role emphasizes accurate alphanumeric data entry and timely communication with employers.

You will support the WC intake team, upload documents to adjusters, and assist remote colleagues. A fast, accurate data entry profile with strong organizational and communication skills is essential for success.

• Strong alphanumeric data entry skills with high accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Process First Notices of Loss (FNOL) to set up claims.
• Maintain daily FNOL entry quotas (15–16/day).
• Contact employers to acknowledge claims by email or phone.
• Upload claims and documents to the handling adjuster.
• Support remote team members for mailings and back up WC intake.

The data entry associate will process first notices of loss in a timely manner.

This is a full-time role working from the Louisville, KY office everyday.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions

• Process First Notices of Loss by setting up claim
• Maintain a quota each day on entering FNOL after training. 15-16 a day
• Make contact with employer acknowledging claim by email or phone
• Upload claim and documents to handling adjuster
• Provides support to remote team members for mailings
• Provide backup to WC intake team members
• Process expense payments

Skills And Abilities

• Strong alpha/numeric data entry skills of 8,000 keystrokes with a 5% or below error rate
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment under general management direction to complete all assignments
• Ability to write business emails
• Good telephone and communication skills
• Return internal email replies within one business day or less
• Prompt and regular attendance to pre-approved office schedule
