Job summary

KBR is seeking a highly organized Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Management Analyst to support the BMC3I International Partnerships Office. You will handle programmatic and staff actions for FMS and international partnerships, supporting US Space Force and DoD objectives throughout the lifecycle, including Pre-LOR and LOR, case development, transition, and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of DoD/federal government or defense industry program experience.
• Experience in program management, portfolio management, or HQ staff functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; executive-level products.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio-level visibility of active, transitioning, and prospective FMS cases.
• Track milestones, funding actions, staffing actions, risks, dependencies, issues, and key decisions.
• Develop and maintain action trackers, schedules, dashboards, and status reports.
• Prepare executive-level reports, briefs, white papers, and memoranda.
• Coordinate across stakeholders to support timely case development and execution.
