Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing FMS stakeholder organization and coordination with senior U.S. and foreign government officials
• Experience using Microsoft Office to organize program status and communicate with stakeholders
• Experience with international security cooperation and technology transfer policies and procedures including ITAR
• Knowledge of FMS case management procedures such as DSAMS, SCIP, or CDAT
• Knowledge of U.S. military systems and technology awareness to coordinate among a technical team
• Secret clearance and Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a range of FMS partners in cooperation, utilization, training, and configuration of U.S. equipment
• Perform case lifecycle management from LOR to LOA, including publication and closure
• Conduct programmatic and financial analysis with cost, schedule, and quality objectives
• Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain timely communication of technical and program status
• Prepare official correspondence and reports for decision makers
