Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst to manage and support FMS partners across cooperation, utilization, training, and configuration of U.S. equipment sold to allied governments.

You will perform lifecycle management for FMS cases and ensure adherence to DSCA/SAMM, ITAR, and DoD policies, while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver actionable plans. You will conduct programmatic and financial analysis, develop trusted relationships with decision makers, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing FMS stakeholder organization and coordination with senior U.S. and foreign government officials
• Experience using Microsoft Office to organize program status and communicate with stakeholders
• Experience with international security cooperation and technology transfer policies and procedures including ITAR
• Knowledge of FMS case management procedures such as DSAMS, SCIP, or CDAT
• Knowledge of U.S. military systems and technology awareness to coordinate among a technical team
• Secret clearance and Bachelor's degree required

Responsabilités

• Manage and support a range of FMS partners in cooperation, utilization, training, and configuration of U.S. equipment
• Perform case lifecycle management from LOR to LOA, including publication and closure
• Conduct programmatic and financial analysis with cost, schedule, and quality objectives
• Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain timely communication of technical and program status
• Prepare official correspondence and reports for decision makers
