Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior FMS Strategic Case Manager to advise and analyze high-visibility Foreign Military Sales cases within the IMO. You will support the Army’s most senior leaders, including the Secretary of the Army and ASA(ALT), in a classified, deadline-driven environment.

You will drive decision-ready analysis, develop executive papers, and coordinate with DSCA and Joint Staff to align security cooperation with national priorities.

Qualifications

• Security clearance (SECRET) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in National Security Studies, International Relations, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10 years in high-stakes Army security/assistance environment.
• Experience with ASA(ALT) and Army Staff.
• Proven ability to brief GO/SES and senior officials.
• Mastery of Army security cooperation policies and OPORD/FRAGO writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level briefings and decision papers to senior Army leaders.
• Coordinate rapid reporting on acquisition and delivery data for leadership.
• Draft and staff Armywide OPORDs and FRAGOs for equipment transfers.
• Manage end-to-end Presidential Drawdowns and DSCA coordination.
• Oversee daily/weekly FMS case activity and action item coordination.
• Coordinate with DSCA, Joint Staff, and interagency partners.
