Job summary

Intrepid, a defense-focused company in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to support the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space. You will help manage FMS cases end-to-end, coordinate with Foreign Liaison Officers, draft official memos, and track required reports and actions.

The role emphasizes in-person collaboration five days a week in Huntsville, with telework by exception contingent on mission needs and CONUS/OCONUS travel.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to support and coordinate actions across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Ability to support the development of reports, dashboards, briefings, and decision-support products as needed.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in the Huntsville, Alabama area and support the IFD mission in person five days per week, eight hours per day. Telework is by exception based on mission requirements.
• CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across multiple FMS cases and programs in support of U.S. allies from end to end to ensure Fully Mission Capable status for all FMS cases, including discussions with stakeholders on logistics, training, transport, and delivery.
• Provide programmatic support ensuring the successful FMS integration through management of multiple IBCS cases with Foreign Liaison Officers, including drafting memos, tracking action items, and required reports and actions.
• Help coordinate Program Management Reviews, schedule events, and travel plans.
• Assist in tracking requirements for multiple FMS cases and supporting Training Working Groups, Technical Working Groups, and meetings between USG and its allies.
