Job summary

KBR, Inc in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to support planning, coordination, and execution of international defense programs across all FMS lifecycle stages.

The role collaborates with government stakeholders, program teams, and international partners to develop case documentation, monitor schedules, and ensure compliance with Security Assistance policies. On-site at Redstone Arsenal, strong attention to detail and schedule management are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, or high school diploma with 13 years’ experience in lieu.
• Recent FMS experience supporting case management, development, or execution.
• Experience supporting a U.S. Government Project Office, SAMD, or USASAC.
• Knowledge of AR 12-1 and FMS regulations, directives, and policies.
• Experience developing or supporting LOAs, LORs, P&A activities, or related Security Assistance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of FMS programs from Pre-LOR activities through final case closure.
• Develop and coordinate documentation supporting LOAs, LORs, P&A packages, and technical evaluations.
• Monitor FMS case status and provide programmatic updates, forecasts, and execution reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain Integrated Master Schedules and other tracking mechanisms to monitor program performance, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with government agencies, program offices, and international stakeholders to support case development and execution activities.
• Support acquisition planning efforts associated with international program requirements and customer requests.
• Prepare briefings, reports, and decision-support materials related to FMS program status and execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Security Assistance regulations, directives, and policy guidance throughout case execution.
• Analyze program data and performance metrics to identify issues, risks, and opportunities for improved execution.
• Other duties as assigned in support of mission and business requirements.
