Job summary

A. Harold + Associates, LLC is seeking a Journeyman Foreign Military Sales Analyst to support the F/A-18 programs at NAS Patuxent River. The role focuses on coordinating LORs, LOAs, P&A data, and case amendments while ensuring strict compliance with DoD policies.

In this mid-level position you will monitor funding and expenditure trajectories, develop phasing plans, and produce status reports for international partners and NAVAIR leadership. A Secret clearance and DoD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (BA/BS).
• 3–10 years of direct DoD acquisition, financial tracking, or security cooperation program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track development of LORs, LOAs, P&A data, and case amendments for F/A-18 fleets.
• Monitor and reconcile FMS funding; develop obligation and expenditure phasing plans; verify case budgets and assist with closure.
• Prepare program status reports, schedules, and briefs for international partners and NAVAIR leadership.
