Job summary

A. Harold + Associates, LLC seeks a Journeyman Foreign Military Sales Analyst to support the F/A-18 programs at NAS Patuxent River. The role coordinates LOR/LOA/P&A data, tracks case progress, and ensures compliance with Navy and DoD policies while delivering status reports to international partners and NAVAIR leadership.

You will apply structured program management techniques to ensure case requirements, budgets, and timelines are met, interfacing with DoD and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Clearance required to access airfields and facilities.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–10 years in DoD acquisition, financial tracking, or security cooperation program management.
• Strong Excel skills for financial data manipulation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track the development of LOR, LOA, P&A data and case amendments for F/A-18 fleets.
• Monitor, reconcile, and analyze FMS funding; develop obligation and expenditure plans.
• Prepare program status reports, schedules, and briefs for international partners and NAVAIR leadership.
• Interface between NAVAIR PMA technical teams, international reps, USG entities, and defense contractors.
• Ensure all activities comply with DoD FMR, SAMM, and ITAR guidelines.
