Harold + Associates, LLC seeks a Journeyman Foreign Military Sales Analyst to support the F/A-18 programs at NAS Patuxent River. You will lead day-to-day coordination, lifecycle tracking, and financial monitoring of active FMS cases with global partners.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, a BA/BS, and 3–10 years in DoD acquisition or financial tracking, with strong Excel skills and cross-cultural communication abilities.

Formación

• DoD Secret Clearance required
• BA/BS from accredited institution
• 3–10 years in DoD acquisition, financial tracking, or security cooperation program management
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills; able to interface with international stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate development of LORs, LOAs, P&A data, and amendments for F/A-18 fleets
• Monitor and analyze FMS funding; track obligations and budgets; assist in reconciliation and closure
• Prepare program status reports, schedules, and briefs for international partners and NAVAIR leadership
• Serve as interface between NAVAIR PMA technical teams, international reps, USG entities, and defense contractors
• Ensure compliance with DoD FMR, SAMM, and ITAR export controls
