Job summary

ACET, Incorporated seeks a motivated Junior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to support international defense programs at NAS Patuxent River. You will assist with coordination, tracking, and financial monitoring of FMS cases, working with senior analysts to ensure compliance with Navy and DoD policies.

The role emphasizes data organization, document control, and preparation of briefs for program reviews, offering exposure to DoD security cooperation processes and a clear path for growth

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Clearance required or ability to obtain.
• BA or BS from an accredited institution.
• 0–3 years data organization or admin support experience.
• Strong MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail and eagerness to learn DoD FMS lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and tracking LORs and LOAs for F/A-18 platforms.
• Maintain case tracking matrices and delivery schedules for international partner aircraft.
• Monitor basic financial metrics and verify funding documents against budgets.
• Prepare briefs, agendas, and papers for program reviews and meetings.
• Input data into defense databases under senior staff guidance.
