Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and WMS systems.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Implement and improve warehouse processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels with regular stock counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment ensuring safe operation.
