Job summary

Constantia Flexibles is seeking a warehouse associate to perform safety inspections, load/unload shipments, and deliver raw materials to the production floor. The role requires forklift operation, strict adherence to GMP and safety guidelines, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights.

The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, RF scanner familiarity, and a strong focus on accuracy, inventory control, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience or certification.
• Safe and efficient operation of sit-down, stand-up, or pallet jack equipment.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including overnight/night shift schedules.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Experience loading, unloading, staging, and moving materials in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely (up to specified weight requirements).
• Attention to detail with inventory handling and damage prevention.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Reliability and punctuality for shift-based work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks and daily safety inspections on forklifts, dock doors, battery chargers, and warehouse areas.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
• Comply with GMP regulations internally and externally.
• Efficiently load and unload inbound and outbound trucks and containers.
• Load and unload curing room as needed.
• Deliver raw materials to production floor and related areas.
• Secure raw materials in the warehouse and inspect rack prongs for safe storage.
• Prepare outbound shipments with labeling, weighing, and recording.
