Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Store Operations Supervisor for our Paarl branch. You will support the management team by supervising staff, coordinating daily store routines, and ensuring smooth stock flow.

You will uphold safety and cleanliness standards, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to sales and profitability through efficient loss prevention and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of store operations, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide store staff during shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Oversee stock management processes, including receiving, stocking, and inventory counts.
• Ensure store opening and closing procedures are followed correctly and securely.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
