Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive supply chain experience in FMCG.
• Proven track record of managing warehousing, transportation and inventory control.

• Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with significant exposure to the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record in managing complex supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement data-driven solutions.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating with suppliers and service providers.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
