Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in FMCG or related sales
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel within the territory

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail customers.
• Present and sell the FMCG product portfolio, highlighting features and benefits.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage customer orders with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in Welkom area.
• Execute promotions and merchandising strategies as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports on activities and feedback.
