Responsibilities

• Develop assigned territories and achieve primary and secondary sales objectives.
• Identify, appoint and develop distributors, super-stockists and channel partners.
• Build strong GT distribution and expand retail penetration.
• Identify new towns, markets and high-potential clusters.
• Recruit and guide field sales personnel and establish beat plans.
• Ensure product availability and monitor distributor inventory.
