Job summary

SAB is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive volume growth and market share in its assigned area. The role involves supervising distributors, ensuring product availability, and maintaining competitive pricing across outlets.

The ideal candidate will have a 3-year degree, 2+ years in FMCG sales, a valid driver’s license, and strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3-year degree qualification required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales/marketing/FMCG environment.
• Valid unendorsed Cod 8 drivers’ license.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Local area knowledge is a requirement.
• Excellent administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned areas
• Manage and supervise Distributors of assigned sector (order, payment, re-distribution)
• Ensure IB products are available in reasonable stock (complete range) in customers and retail outlets
• Ensure chillers are properly placed in the designed outlet and used exclusively for IBPLC products in the assigned sector
• Monitor the recommended price of our product at sales outlets
• Closely monitor actions of the competition
