RSPL Group is seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive Primary & Secondary Sales in the assigned territory and expand GT coverage. You will manage distributor networks, motivate the sales team, and ensure effective GT execution while tracking market trends and opportunities.

The ideal candidate has FMCG/FMCD General Trade sales experience, strong distributor and team management skills, and a proven track record of hitting targets.

Formación

• Graduate/MBA preferred.
• Experience in FMCG/FMCD General Trade sales.
• Strong distributor and team management experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Primary & Secondary Sales across the assigned territory.
• Manage and develop distributor network to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver target achievement.
• Expand market coverage, distribution reach, and outlet penetration.
• Ensure effective execution in the General Trade (GT) channel.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Track sales performance and ensure timely reporting.
