• Resolve distributor disputes within one week.
• Ensure monthly distributor sales targets; replace underperformers when needed.
• Retailer development: set store targets and promote schemes.
• Ensure new door openings forms completed.
• Communicate schemes, promotions and POP materials at counters.
• Team management: set monthly targets, fill positions per yearly plan.
• Train team on products, sales calls and network management.
• Evaluate team quarterly based on incentive program.
