Job summary

Blue Origin’s Lunar Core Components Test team seeks a Manager of Lunar Fluids/Thermal Component Test to lead a group of Fluids Component Test Engineers. You will guide test plans, verification reports, and risk mitigation across the full component lifecycle for the Blue Moon landers.

You will coordinate with Design Responsible Engineers, Quality, Operations, and contract manufacturers to deliver robust test solutions, from development through production acceptance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or closely related field.
• 6+ years in development, qualification, or acceptance testing of fluids/thermal components or related systems.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and drive corrective action in engineering products.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for development, qualification, and acceptance testing of fluids components.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for avionics component test campaigns; track work and milestones.
• Oversee talent development, performance management, and safety culture within the team.
