Job summary

Blue Origin in the United States is seeking a Fluids Technical Project Manager to coordinate schedules, work breakdown, and cost across fluids development for the Lunar Permanence program. You’ll align with stakeholders to track drawing release, manufacturing, and integration on the vehicle, and present status, risks, and recovery plans to program management.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related field, 4+ years in project management, experience with critical path scheduling and tools

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
  • 4+ years of experience planning and managing projects/programs with priorities, scope, schedule, integration, and cost.
  • Experience with critical path scheduling, IMS, risk management, and Cost Account Management.
  • Experience with Agile project management and JIRA; familiarity with P6 Primavera or MS Project.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the project schedule, work breakdown, and cost; coordinate fluids development with the overall program.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to track drawing release, manufacturing, and integration on the vehicle.
  • Create project management plans and support guiding artifacts; present status, risks, and recovery plans.
  • Track technical performance measures to support the development team in meeting goals.
