Quaker Houghton is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day and long-term operation of our chemical management program at a customer site in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. You will provide leadership, technical oversight, and drive improvements in safety, compliance, and cost savings.

You will coordinate across customer and internal teams, manage budgets and P&L, oversee staff, and ensure contract scope is met while pursuing value generation and plant efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or equivalent work experience.
• CMFS certification a plus.
• A minimum of five years related experience with at least three years in manufacturing environment and/or three years of Chemical Management or other on-site service experience.
• Minimum of one year corporate customer relationship management experience, budgeting and P&L responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct site staff and on-site program teams.
• Manage and improve financial systems and methods; oversee budgets and cost savings.
• Ensure contract scope of work is met and drive value propositions for the customer.
• Oversee EH&S performance and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with Tier II suppliers and internal reporting (data management).
• Support contract renewals, product conversions and business development.
