Job summary

Blue Origin on Merritt Island, FL seeks an experienced Fluid Systems Engineer to design and lead cryogenic and high‑pressure fluid systems for launch complex infrastructure. You will define requirements, develop diagrams, and coordinate with vehicle teams to ensure ground systems meet architecture goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fluid engineering, familiarity with ASME codes, and hands‑on experience with cryogenic fluids and thermal analysis. Relocation is offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of fluid systems engineering experience.
• Knowledge of cryogenic and pneumatic systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead design of fluid systems for launch complex development.
• Define system requirements, flow diagrams, and P&IDs from concept through design.
• Interface with vehicle teams to translate ICD requirements into ground system architecture.
