Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Rep at the Fluid Solutions branch. You will be a key customer contact and consultant, recommending solutions, quoting, selling, and fulfilling orders based on customer needs.

You will focus on fluid solutions equipment rental and supplies, build relationships, and provide outstanding customer service to support branch growth. You will establish understanding of the rental business for specialty products, process quotations and orders, and educate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of fluid solutions related products and applications.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and safety.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Establish understanding of the rental business related to specialty engineered rental products and services.
• Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers.
• Educate customers about proper equipment use.
• Coordinate with branch staff to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and track daily equipment pickups and returns.
• Run reports to monitor equipment and facilitate operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of branch assets.
• Other duties as needed.
