Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Fluid Power MRO Specialist to serve as a local technical expert, partnering with Account Managers to engage high-potential accounts in the assigned US region.

Key duties include presenting fluid power solutions, training customers and staff, and coordinating projects to drive new business and maintain customer performance. Bachelor's degree or technical diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years fluid power experience including hydraulic and/or pneumatic applications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
• Clear communication of technical thoughts to multiple levels.
• Proficient with MS Office and remote collaboration tools.
• Independent work style with teamwork ability and urgency.

Responsabilités

• Cooperatively create and execute engagement plans with local sales teams to grow accounts.
• Act as local technical fluid power expert supporting internal and external customers.
• Prepare and present fluid power solutions with technical proposals.
• Conduct fluid power training for internal staff and customers.
• Develop supplier relationships to specify products and systems.
• Coordinate projects with service center personnel.
• Contribute to the fluid power knowledge base with case histories and activities.
