Job summary

Stage 4 Solutions, Inc. in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Flow Cytometry Manager to lead the flow cytometry core onsite, overseeing instruments across six platforms, ensuring daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

You will provide expert guidance to internal users and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support research programs. The role is 40 hours per week, 12-month contract, 100% onsite in Cambridge, MA, with W2 employment and benefits including health and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3+ years with MS or 5+ years with BS in a relevant field.
• Expertise in multiparameter panel design and data analysis (FlowJo).
• Experience operating cell sorters (Sony SH800S) is required.
• Experience with spectral flow cytometry (NovoCyte Opteon) required.
• Proficiency with Benchling inventory and ELN documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, vendor liaison, and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain flow cytometry instruments with high uptime.
• Troubleshoot instrument issues and liaise with vendors for service.
• Train and onboard site users; support panel design and staining protocols.
• Assist with data analysis, gating strategies, and spectral unmixing.
• Maintain reagent inventory and electronic records (Benchling, ELN).
• Collaborate with immunology and other teams to coordinate experiments.
