Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Shared Laboratory Resource Specialist IV in the Flow Cytometry Core at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. The role focuses on developing and expanding wet-lab services, SOPs, and training while supporting investigators and maintaining quality standards.

You will work with the Director to provide technical and administrative support and develop expertise in flow cytometry and shared resource management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field; six years of related experience
• Master's degree in a relevant scientific field; two years of related experience
• Ten years of directly related experience may substitute for degree requirement

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform lab activities with high scientific complexity.
• Train other employees on procedures and SOPs; maintain equipment.
• Develop, optimize, and document SOPs and workflows; ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Operate flow cytometers and cell sorters; provide training and support to investigators.
• Interact with Core staff and clients to plan and execute experiments.

Education
