PPV (Precision Pump and Valve) in Lake Charles, LA is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to manage a Gulf Coast portfolio of oil and gas customers, quote accurately, process orders, and coordinate with outside sales and service teams.

The role emphasizes building relationships, driving orders, and upsell opportunities; must have 3+ years in flow control or process industry sales, strong phone presence, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP/CRM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer service in a flow control or industrial distribution environment.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills for high-volume interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage a large account portfolio in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of active accounts across Gulf Coast oil and gas, petrochemical, refining, and related industries.
• Generate accurate quotes on valves and flow control products; process orders efficiently; follow up to close orders.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across PPV's offerings; re-engage accounts with declining activity.
• Serve as the primary inside contact for assigned accounts; respond quickly, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
