Precision Pump & Valve (PPV), an MCE Company, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive customer development in the Permian Basin. You will handle high-volume outbound calls, qualify prospects, generate quotes, process orders in the ERP system, and support outside sales on key accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales, sales development, or account management with proven ability to close.
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and experience with ERP/CRM platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong listening and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working across phone, email, and digital channels; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate high volumes of outbound calls daily to develop new leads and move opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Qualify customer needs and route opportunities to outside sales for closure.
• Research accounts and identify key players across oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial markets.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through proactive outreach.
