Titan Surfaces is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to cover the Jacksonville to Pensacola, Florida region. The role centers on building client relationships, presenting product demonstrations, and driving revenue through strategic territory management.

Qualifications

Experience in B2B or direct sales, preferably in flooring.
Strong territory management knowledge and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in using software tools, including CRM systems.
Ability to conduct effective cold calling to generate leads.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Manage existing customer accounts while upselling and cross-selling.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
