AdventHealth in Orlando, Florida is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee strategic initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration across departments. You will lead teams, leverage data analytics, and serve as a key liaison to the C-suite to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

You will design and implement process improvements, monitor KPIs, manage budgets and resources, and guide change management to advance patient care and operational excellence within a large healthcare

Responsibilities

• Works independently on projects or leads cross-functional teams.
• Plays a key role in the successful management and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Identifies, researches, reports, and provides solutions for cross-functional issues.
• Designs, develops, and implements analyses of complex business situations.
• Uses Root Cause Analysis to resolve problems and manage solutions.
• Initiates investigations of issues affecting multiple areas.
• Serves as the C-Suite representative at meetings.
• Utilizes Lean methodology to improve workflow efficiency.
• Collaborates with leadership to define strategic direction and sustainability.
• Maintains oversight for ongoing strategic and operational projects.
• Monitors milestones and KPIs, enabling proactive issue escalation.
• Uses performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
