Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience managing a LIHTC property (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit).
• CAM, CAPS, or CPM designation preferred.
• Deep understanding of affordable housing compliance and operations.
• Experience managing budgets, teams, and resident concerns in real-time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, property management software, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site performance and lead leasing and maintenance teams.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor daily finances.
• Monitor operating expenses and seek efficiency opportunities.
• Track community performance, occupancy, and collections.
• Oversee maintenance schedules and vendor coordination.
• Ensure safety protocols and asset preservation.
• Manage contracts, vendor performance, and purchasing within budget.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and stakeholders.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance and audit-ready resident files.
• Drive local marketing to increase occupancy and revenue.
