Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned property operations and supervise staff.
• Train and coach associates; evaluate performance and provide feedback.
• Attract, screen, and select residents per program rules.
• Maintain lease and marketing programs; manage rent collection.
• Coordinate security deposits and refunds; monitor vendor work.
• Assist in annual operating budget development with Regional Manager.
• Monitor landlord-tenant relations and mediate issues when needed.
• Utilize property software to enter service requests and track work.
