David M. Maines & Associates seeks a General Manager to lead our Florida operation, owning the full P&L and driving revenue growth across services, reroof, and new construction.

This role will build client relationships, enable the sales team, and deliver profitable projects with a focus on recurring revenue and customer loyalty. You will report to the President/Owner, manage a growth-focused team, and operate within a PE-backed platform that supports strategic expansion and performance

Formación

• 5+ years of leadership experience in commercial roofing or related field
• Proven track record of growing revenue and managing margins
• Experience owning a P&L and delivering results against targets
• Strong ability to build and lead field-based teams
• Demonstrated client relationship management with owners, facilities managers, and GCs

Responsabilidades

• Own Florida P&L: revenue, margin, overhead, EBITDA to budget
• Drive top-line growth across service, reroof, and new construction
• Lead sales process for key accounts and coach sales team
• Develop recurring revenue via maintenance and multi-site contracts
• Build a high-performing, safety-conscious team across sales, production, and service
