Qualifikationen

• Experience in motivating teams through leading by example.
• Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills, including coaching.
• Proven, superior customer service and sales abilities with understanding of job costing.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver budgeted sales and EBITDA monthly.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
• Advanced Degree and/or 5+ years in home services profit center leadership.
• Must learn/know laws governing business and employment in the local market.

Aufgaben

• Develops and delivers business plans to achieve budgeted sales and required profits.
• Directly supervises the Operations and Administrative Teams and Sales Leadership.
• Oversees Health, Safety & Environmental culture and training systems.
• Maintains company inventory within target annual sales and shrinkage.
• Conducts ride-alongs with field staff and inspects installation work for quality.
• Interviews and approves candidates for hire and oversees recruitment.
• Ensures all job permitting is completed per standard.
• Coordinates with Marketing to implement local strategy and brand usage.
• Ensures 100% satisfaction and follows up with customers daily.
• Collaborates with shared service units to meet daily sales and service goals.
• Participates in regular general manager conference calls and meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
