Job summary

Herzing University is seeking a Clinical Placement & Compliance Coordinator to support the execution of clinical placement and compliance activities within the Florida region. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Placement & Compliance and coordinates student placements, maintains documentation, and ensures regulatory compliance for clinical coursework.

Responsibilities include tracking timelines, liaising with students, faculty, and clinical partners, and providing operational support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years' experience in clinical, healthcare, office/auditing, or higher education setting.
• Familiarity with clinical education environments, regulatory requirements, or accreditation standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student clinical placements in accordance with established timelines to ensure preparedness for clinical coursework.
• Maintain accurate placement records to ensure hours are fulfilled within timelines and procedures.
• Evaluate clinical placement capacity and determine appropriate student assignments based on program and site requirements.
• Provide guidance on clinical requirements, timelines, and progression, and exercise judgement to support successful outcomes.
• Follow protocols established by affiliated clinical sites when requesting placement and assigning students.
