Herzing University is seeking a Clinical Placement & Compliance Coordinator to support the execution of clinical placement and compliance activities within the Florida region. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Placement & Compliance and coordinates student placements, maintains documentation, and ensures learners are prepared and eligible for clinical coursework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years' experience required working in clinical, healthcare, office/auditing, or higher education setting.
• Prior experience in clinical coordination, healthcare administration, higher education operations, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student clinical placements in accordance with established timelines to ensure preparedness for clinical coursework.
• Maintain accurate placement records to ensure experiences fulfill required hours within timelines and procedures.
• Evaluate placement capacity and assign students based on program and site requirements.
• Provide guidance to students regarding clinical requirements, timelines, and progression.
• Prioritize competing placement issues based on program needs and risk.
• Follow site protocols when requesting student placement and assignments.
• Assess challenges and escalate complex issues to leadership as needed.
• Support student compliance processes to ensure all requirements are completed by deadlines.
