Job summary

Herzing University is seeking a Clinical Placement & Compliance Coordinator to support student placements and regulatory compliance within the Florida region and beyond.

The role reports to the Director of Clinical Placement & Compliance and focuses on coordinating placements, maintaining documentation, and partnering with faculty, clinical sites, and students to ensure compliance and timely progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years' experience in clinical, healthcare, or higher education settings.
• Experience in clinical coordination, healthcare administration, or related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical education environments and regulatory standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student clinical placements to ensure preparedness for coursework.
• Maintain accurate placement records and ensure hours meet requirements.
• Evaluate capacity and assign students based on site needs.
• Provide guidance on timelines and progression for students.
• Track, verify, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Communicate compliance expectations and status to students and faculty.
• Collaborate with faculty, program leadership and clinical partners.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership as needed.
