Job summary

Herzing University seeks a Clinical Placement & Compliance Coordinator to support clinical placement and compliance activities for the Florida region. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Placement & Compliance and coordinates student placements, maintains documentation, and supports regulatory compliance to ensure eligible participation in clinical coursework.

The schedule is standard business hours with occasional evenings/weekends to meet student and business needs, with benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years' experience in clinical, healthcare, office/auditing, or higher education setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student clinical placements to ensure preparedness for clinical coursework.
• Maintain accurate placement records to fulfill required hours and timelines.
• Evaluate placement capacity and assign students per site requirements.
• Provide guidance to students on timelines and progression.
• Prioritize placement issues based on program needs and risk.
• Follow site protocols when requesting placements and assigning students.
• Escalate only high‑risk issues to leadership when needed.
• Support student compliance processes and maintain documentation.
