Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2 years' experience in clinical, healthcare, office/auditing, or higher education setting is required.
• Prior experience in clinical coordination, healthcare administration, higher education operations, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student clinical placements in accordance with established timelines to ensure preparedness for clinical coursework.
• Maintain accurate placement records to ensure clinical experiences fulfill required hours, within timelines and procedures.
• Evaluate placement capacity and assign students based on program/site requirements.
• Provide guidance to students regarding clinical requirements, timelines, and progression.
• Prioritize placement issues based on program needs, risk, and stakeholder impact.
• Follow site protocols when requesting student placement and assignments.
• Assess compliance issues and escalate as needed.
